Addressing the party executives during the launch of membership registration in West Nile on Wednesday in Arua city, Siranda revealed that, this is a strategy a peaceful transition of government. “Uganda is at a time that needs the Democratic Party more, this country can never settle until the party that prepared the independence of Uganda takes charge of this government.
In Africa you can never come from the outside and you take you can manage this country, DP under Norbert Mao has decided to be a mopper, Uganda needs the process we are going through,” SG Siranda said. It is wrong to assume that we are in things only during NRM,” Lemeriga denounced.
