Our master’s session will be interactive. He will not ask you the leaders, he is going to ask the local person in the village. For instance have you received PDM funds and if the answer will be no, I don’t know what the master will do to you as a leader” she remarked.

Anite adds that every chief administrative officer in the sub region will be asked a question because he wants to understand infrastructure and service delivery issues among all government development programs. “Why is it that there some few people who are eating the money. There people who are in Emyooga, PDM, NUSAF I, II, III and even when NUSAF 10 they will be there because everything is you” she argued.
Over fifty million shillings (UGX: 50,000,000) is injected in obongi district to mobilizing the masses.
